Helion AI announced Tuesday that it had completed a Series E financing round of $2.3 billion, valuing the four-year-old company at $28 billion. The round was led by Mubadala and the Public Investment Fund.
The valuation places Helion among the top five privately held AI firms globally, behind only OpenAI, Anthropic, and xAI.
