A federal judge in Manhattan issued a preliminary injunction Tuesday blocking three central provisions of the administration’s recent immigration executive order, finding that the changes likely violated due process protections.
The decision applies to detainees in the Southern District of New York, Eastern District of New York, and District of Connecticut.
