• A document that nobody else has reported on.
• A practical guide based on first-hand knowledge of how the city works.

What to include

Where it happened, when, who is involved, how you know about it, and whether you are willing to be quoted. If you cannot be named, tell us why — we evaluate every request on the criteria in our Sources & Anonymity policy.

What we will not do

• Publish your name without permission.
• Pay for tips.
• Share your contact information with anyone outside our newsroom.
